YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR DOCTOR
Contact your family doctor or specialist. He or she can work with you to determine whether cannabis-based therapy is an option for you. Your doctor will select the appropriate active pharmaceutical ingredient for the preparation of an extemporaneous prescription and issue a prescription for you to take to the pharmacy.
In order for your health insurance to cover the costs, the doctor must apply for a cost approval for you. This can be done using a simple form. Cost coverage is not guaranteed at this time.
